The program director in charge of a major program involving 8 different
directions and for the executive committee of a large telecommunication
group asked us to lead, manage, control the operations related to
this program.

The mission
In the short term, we identified the 80 managers involved by the
program; identifed all the projects to be coordinated within the
group; followed up and stimulated the completion of projects; warned
about potential risks due to excessive delays or unsatisfying quality
level. Simultaneously, we assisted the program director to formulate
his middle term recommendations to the executive committee.
The main difficulty
To manage the operations knowing no delay were permitted by the
telecom regulating body. To design simultaneously a long term strategy
that was expected by the executive committee.
The team
A consultant-entrepreneur (Essec, 10 years of experience) lead this
project along with the program director. He was coached and challenged
by a partner. |
